KUWAIT CITY --- Kuwait on Wednesday gave a one-week deadline for Philippine Ambassador Renato Villa to leave the small, oil-rich Gulf Arab nation over a growing diplomatic dispute regarding the abuse of Filipina housemaids and workers in the country.
